This website is for our class use only, hosted on but not linked to my personal fishing web site. The master mailing lists for all three schools are maintained by Roxanne Burns Robinson. You'll find a copy of each school's mailing list under each school above. Please let her know of any changes to the master lists, including email address, that you might have. Roxanne will periodically forward the lists to me and I will post them under each school. This Class of 1961 website is not linked to other sites and so should not be scanned by Google or any other search engines. I ask that if you have a personal web site, you not link to it either. There are no popup ads or ads period. Just click on the above links for any school-unique information, master mailing lists, and pictures. Information and pictures applying to all schools will be posted or linked from this home page. Poke around our site as I'm constantly adding to and changing it. The 1st tee time will be at 9am on Fri. the 28th of July. This is open to all schools, men and women. If you're a golfer, this layout will blow your mind. 3 Jan 06 - Nine of us met representing the three schools, to put together a plan for the reunion. Also to arrange for the first mailing to classmates. Tentatively, Friday the 28th of July 2006, will be at UpFront in the evening. There also is planned a golf outing Friday morning at 10a, and will include a cart for around $80. It's important to note Art on the Rocks will be at Presque Isle (The Island) and the town will have lots of traffic and motels will likely be crowded. Saturday, the 29th is still indefinite but we're talking about a possible cruise on Lake Superior.
2 March 2006 Five of us met to further the reunion plans. Here are some things we got accomplished and some we're thinking about:
We'll start around 7p at Up Front.
We have a band, Windsong. Band will play from 8p to midnight.
We're in decent shape financially until we get money coming in.
The boat ride is out as it's unavailable.
We'll be having a cash bar with lots of hors d'overs.
Deadline for reservations will be June 15th.
Cost will likely be $30 per person, same as last time.
We'll be sending out a letter around April 11th.It's currently in draft form being review by all of us.
Our next meeting date is indefinite.
We're going to borrow or rent a projector to show pictures from this and prior reunions, and other pictures that classmates might want shown (that won't embarrass others too bad). Pictures should be of general interest to all and not, e.g., grandkids.
The reunion committee met on May 4th. We made the following arrangements
Printing the booklet for the reunion. It will be similar to the last reunion and include a class roster much in the same format as on this web site. Plan is to get the booklet ready for printing by early June. Shirley will work the introduction and I'll compile and print the booklet for the printers.
Each school is to come up with a speaker to say a few words. It's optional. No more than 4-5 minutes.
We figured out pasty arrangements and the accouterments Several of us will bring salads. We'll probably buy desert. We may buy a keg too.

Here's a grid showing the names. All the names are now filled in with the help of classmates, Paulette completing the last two missing names. There are 7 rows with row 1 being at the front. Then scroll around.
Joe's thoughts about what else we might do with this web site:
Perhaps create a forum where classmates can write in and their comments will show up on this web site or another that's linked to this one. Done March 2006. Deleted 22 July 2006 for lack of interest and input.
Change mailing list to become a class roster which will include classmates for whom we don't have addresses and deceased classmates. Done March 2006.
Add more pictures. Ongoing.
Add a St. Michael's School under the BBHS portion. Probably not.
Make a printable registration form on this site. It'll be in PDF Adobe format. Done
Give some thought to dissolving this site after the reunion or continuing it indefinitely. Most opinions are to continue it.
Give some thought to getting our own URL (that'll cost a registration fee (under $10) and at least $100 annually to host it. I'll do it free on my site and may or may not keep it up until the next reunion.
Hmmm! Still thinking. Please tell me your thoughts.
Eliminate the forum. I thought this would be a wonderful media to share ideas but it hasn't worked out so far. Eliminated 22 July 2006
