St Paddy’s Day Snow Storm

This snow storm, more accurately described as a blizzard, was the worst I’ve ever seen and I’ve lived here for 80+ years. With record winds and snows, it went well beyond our annual conversations that we past jokingly referred to as the St. Paddy’s Day Storm. This one actually happened and insult to injury, followed our February snow storm which was a near record. The highest snowfall in the U.P. was 52 inches. Marquette recorded 36.3 inches as a two-day record, all this during near-hurricane winds.
